Learn, understand and integrate in depth

The Conscious Integration Courses are in-depth, guided programs designed to support processes of understanding and real integration of the Essentia approach.

Its dialogic format, through conversations between the instructor and an interlocutor who embodies the role of the learner, allows addressing doubts, resistances and nuances that usually arise along the way, facilitating a more vivid and close understanding.

Each course combines 6-8 hours of content with supporting materials—such as process notebooks and audios—that encourage reflection and personal integration.

The pace is not linear or fixed: the student can dedicate as much time as needed to each proposal, fostering a conscious, deep and sustained process.
