Cancellation and refund policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure the best experience for all participants and proper event management, please take note of our cancellation policy.

Cancellation by the participant

  • Up to 15 days before the event: If you cancel your participation at least 15 days in advance, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Between 14 and 7 days before the event: If you cancel within this period, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative and booking fees.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be issued. In this case, you can give your ticket to a friend so they can use it.

Participant absence

  • If you do not attend the event without having notified us of the cancellation in advance, no refund will be issued.

Important considerations

  • You can transfer your place to someone else. If you decide to transfer your place to someone else, please notify us in advance so we can have the new participant's details.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via [email/phone] and provide your full name and the date of the event.
